Welcome to Offshore Sounds! Founded in 2022 by Peter Arko and Dylan Davis after years of selling and trading records independently, we established a small location in San Francisco's Upper Haight inside 710 Collective. In 2024, we opened a second store in downtown Santa Cruz.

Like so many others, we have been attempting to navigate a vast sea of recorded music, wading through unfamiliar regions, languages, and feelings. Offshore Sounds embodies this excursion through multiple musical currents, trends and traditions, both near and far.  

Our online store will likewise feature unique records from around the world, with an emphasis on underrated gems and rarities, as well as our merch.
